Marysville, Calif. - The Placer County Republican Party, never shy to endorse the most conservative Republican candidates early in contested elections, has endorsed Dom Belza for State Assembly.

The endorsement is especially notable because Dom Belza is the only candidate to receive an endorsement from a County Republican Party in the campaign. 

"As Republicans, we have to be united against a liberal threat that is doing everything it can to undermine our elections, our parental rights, our economy and overall way of life," said Dom Belza. "I'm honored that these Placer County Republican leaders are standing beside me and I thank them for putting their faith and trust in me to serve as the next Assemblyman in the North State."

Belza’s campaign is surging into consensus status as the frontrunner in recent weeks after outraising his opponents by almost 3 to one in the most recent campaign finance reports. Additionally, Belza has reported endorsements from North State Republican champions such as Congressman Kevin Kiley, Assembly Republican Leader James Gallagher, Assemblyman Joe Patterson and many others.
