Not only for the fifth generation of Belzas, but to preserve the North State’s values and traditions for all North State families that cherish our heritage.

The 3rd Assembly District encompasses all or portions of six counties: Butte, Sutter, Yuba, Tehama, Glenn, and Placer.

Dom has been married to his wife, Julia, for 11 years, and together they have four children: three daughters—Rylee (9), Raegan (7), and Ruby (5)—and one son, Johnny (2). Outside of his professional life, Dom is passionate about serving and giving back to his local community. This dedication inspired him to run for City Council and he continues to drive his volunteer work through his church and local service groups, including various service organizations and industry groups.
