Crime Victims United Endorses Dom Belza for Assembly

Sacramento, Calif. – Crime Victims United announced their endorsement for Dom Belza for Assembly. Since their founding in 1990, Crime Victims United’s mission has been to support and strengthen public safety, promote balance in the criminal justice system, and protect the rights of victims.

“Dom Belza is the perfect candidate to represent the 3rd Assembly District. Not only is Dom overwhelmingly supported by law enforcement, but he has proven time and time again that he will be a compassionate voice for victims. He has demonstrated a deep understanding of our issues, that’s why he has our full support”, said President Topo Padilla.

Belza responded to the endorsement, stating, “For years, Gavin Newsom and the super-majority at the State Capitol have been catering to the needs of criminals instead of the people of this state, and that has to change. Just this week, a serial child molester was granted parole under legislation AB 1324. Imagine the pain and suffering the victims and their families will endure knowing that the man who stole their innocence is walking the streets again, free and clear. This madness has to stop, and I will work with Crime Victims United to put an end to it.”
