Oroville, Calif. -- Today, Republican Dom Belza announced a robust list of endorsements from the City of Oroville in his campaign for the 3rd Assembly District. The endorsements are a significant development as Oroville is the second largest city in Butte County - the largest county in the district. The newly announced endorsements include Mayor David Pittman, Vice Mayor Eric Smith, and Councilmembers Shawn Webber and Scott Thomson.

In his endorsement Oroville Mayor, David Pittman stated, "Dom Belza brings a great interest in efficient and effective government for all. His elected service has proven performance!"

Oroville Councilmember Shawn Webber added, “Dom Belza is the only choice for us in the State Assembly. We need leaders who will fight for us and be our voice. Dom Belza is a proven leader who has been on the front lines advocating for public safety, additional water storage, wildfire prevention, and fiscal responsibility. Dom is exactly the type of leader we need to achieve change at the State Capitol and get California back on track.”

Since announcing his campaign in December, Belza has experienced a groundswell of local support.
