Dom Belza Announces $100,000 Raised In the Month of January
Announcement Does Not Include Personal Money or Loans To The Committee
Marysville, Calif. – Today Republican candidate for Assembly Dom Belza announced he has already surpassed the $100,000 raised mark in his campaign for the month of January. The announcement of $100,000 raised is from local community supporters and does not include any personal money or loans from the candidate and makes him one of the most prolific fundraisers in recent memory.
“If there is one thing I have learned since announcing my campaign it’s that community members are looking for someone who has a passion to protect our local way of life,” said Belza. "There is no question, people are upset about the policies coming from the political class at the Capitol. I’m excited that we have such a broad coalition of local individuals who are willing to step out and show their support to help elect me so I can be their voice.”
Dom Belza’s campaign has been off to a red-hot start since his announcement, just last week Belza announced two of the District’s most high profile endorsements including current 3rd District Assemblyman James Gallagher and retired State Senator Jim Nielsen.
Belza’s campaign consultant Andre Levesque commented on the campaign’s news stating, “Any candidate’s measure of success before the election is usually determined by local support and having the resources to run a campaign. Dom ’s campaign has developed an impressive combination of grassroots support and to have such a good fundraising report shows local donors are investing in his campaign, every other candidate will be playing catch-up from this point forward.”
