California State Sheriffs’ Association Endorses Belza for State Assembly

Marysville, Calif. – Today, Republican Dom Belza announced the endorsement of the California State Sheriffs’ Association in his campaign for the 3rd Assembly District.

The California State Sheriffs’ Association (CSSA) is a professional nonprofit and nonpartisan organization composed of the state’s 58 elected sheriffs. Established in 1894, CSSA was created to provide California’s sheriffs with a unified voice to strengthen law enforcement services across the state. The President of CSSA is Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco.

The endorsement is the latest in a long list of statewide law enforcement organizations to support Belza in his campaign. Previously, Belza announced endorsements from organizations such as the California Coalition of Law Enforcement Associations (CCLEA), the California Correctional Peace Officers Association (CCPOA), the California Association of Highway Patrolmen, the California Police Chiefs Association, and the Peace Officers Research Association of California (PORAC).

Dom Belza’s law enforcement endorsements include support from every level of law enforcement, from local rank-and-file officers and dispatchers to some of the most recognizable names in law enforcement from around the state, totaling members in the tens of thousands.
