About Dom Belza
The North State of California is a unique and special place, admired by all of California for its lifestyle and Americana. As a fourth-generation North State resident, raising the next generation here, Dom Belza is deeply committed to protecting our way of life.
Belza is an agricultural business owner, from a legacy farming family, and, most recently, a Marysville City Councilman. For the past 19 years, he has worked as a local realtor and businessman, investing in and selling agricultural and commercial properties.
Belza’s family arrived in the North State in 1906 and has been involved in business, farming, real estate and public service ever since.
Additionally, Belza founded a conservative grassroots political action committee, “Free California,” to address statewide issues negatively affecting the North State. These include illegal immigration, tax reform, public safety, parental rights, and other pressing challenges.
As a fourth-generation Yuba County resident, he understands the importance of family and community. Dom believes in extending family roots into the community and building a strong foundation for future generations.
Dom has been married to his wife, Julia, for 11 years, and together they have four children: three daughters—Rylee (9), Raegan (7), and Ruby (5)—and one son, Johnny (2). Outside his professional life, Dom is passionate about serving and giving back to his local community. This dedication drove him to run for City Council and continues to motivate his volunteer work through his church, local service groups, and industry organizations.
I’ve been blessed with many opportunities because of the foundation strong men and women have established in the North State, I believe we can build on that foundation. We need strong leadership in Sacramento, and I’m up to the task. District 3 is the heartbeat of the North State, and having roots that run 4 generations deep I know who we are, and what we need to preserve our heritage and build a future for the next generation.
